Es obligatorio adjuntar las especificaciones técnicas de lo ofertado, describir el impuesto respectivo (si aplica)
Es obligatorio cumplir con las fechas de entregas plasmadas en las ofertas, en caso de incumplimiento se aplicarán las multas establecidas en el artículo 88 de las disposiciones generales del presupuesto 2023 y las mismas se notificarán a la oficina normativa de contrataciones y adquisiciones del estado (ONCAE).
Se solicita a todos los proveedores que participen adjuntar copia del pin beneficiario (SIAFI) a la cotización ya que el método de pago es a través del sistema de administración financiera (SIAFI) e indicar si están inscritos como proveedores del estado en ONCAE.
