Original language: fiTarjoajan tuli muodostaa työryhmä, jolla on osaamista sote-palvelutuotannon toiminnoista, prosesseista ja mitoituksesta, sekä kyky laatia arkkitehtisuunnitelmia, visualisointeja ja kuvauksia ratkaisuista. Tarjoajalla tuli olla kokemusta tilakonseptien ja tilaohjelmien määrittelystä. Konsultilla tuli olla sote- ja pela-palvelutuotannon tuntemista ja siihen liittyvää eritysosaamista sekä referenssejä sote- ja pela-toimitilojen suunnittelusta ja konseptien laatimisesta. Konsultin tuli olla kykenevä johtamaan ja fasilitoimaan toiminnallisen suunnittelun sekä konseptointisuunnittelun projekteja. Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon sekä pelastustoimen palveluiden ja toimitilojen toiminnallinen suunnittelu ja suunnittelukonseptien toteuttaminen on keskeinen osa sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon sekä pelastustoimen palveluiden kehittämistä ja toimitilojen rakentamista tai uudistamista. Näiden toimien tavoitteena on varmistaa, että sote- ja pela-palvelut ovat käyttäjälähtöisiä, tehokkaita ja vaikuttavia sekä että tilaratkaisut tukevat optimaalisesti toimintaa, henkilöstön työskentelyä ja asiakkaiden hyvinvointia.
