Omdat wij het belangrijk vinden dat klanten de uitkering ontvangen waar zij recht op hebben, zijn wij op zoek naar een specialist die de volgende taken uitvoert: Het Uitvoeren van een scan voorliggende voorziening Participatiewet. - De specialist scant (achteraf) het bestand onder andere op een samenloop met WAO, WW, WAJONG, WIA en de Toeslagenwet. Dit betreft uitkeringen die het voorgaande jaar zijn gestart. - De specialist informeert en adviseert de klant actief over de regelingen waar hij/zij mogelijk recht op heeft. - Het vervullen van een vraagbaakfunctie voor de medewerkers van WeenerXL. - De specialist is sparringpartner voor de consulenten Inkomen. - De specialist is sparringpartner voor de consulenten Werk. - Het inventariseren van opleidingsbehoefte van de medewerkers van WeenerXL. - De specialist denkt actief mee over kwaliteitsverbetering van de medewerkers. - Het trainen van medewerkers van WeenerXL. - Daar waar nodig geeft de specialist een training aan de medewerkers van WeenerXL om de kennis bij te spijkeren. De opdracht mag door 1 consulent (16 uur per week) of 2 consulenten (verdeling naar wens) van dezelfde organisatie ingevuld worden.
