Het verbeteren van de tactische planning is een grote wens binnen het verbeterplan van de Afvalstoffendienst ?s-Hertogenbosch. Daarin spelen 2 onderwerpen een belangrijke rol; routes en inzamelkalender van afvalstroom. De huidige planning van de afdeling Inzameling van de Afvalstoffendienst ?s-Hertogenbosch kent onevenwichtigheden, en is onvoldoende in balans. Ook zijn er veel zaken onvoldoende georganiseerd rondom de systeeminrichting van Jewel en Clear. Er dient daarom onderzocht te worden waar effici?nter gewerkt kan worden om flinke kostenbesparingen te kunnen realiseren. Om vorm te geven aan deze verbetering met voldoende kennis van doorlooptijd routes, fysieke leidraad regelingen, dynamisch inzamelen en gebruik kerngetallen, zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat die deze opdracht kan uitvoeren. De opdracht behelst o.a.: Het intelligent inzetten van gewonnen data uit huidige applicaties bij routeoptimalisatie (Clear en Jewel); Het beheren en ontwikkelen van prestatienormen in het kader van routeoptimalisatie; Waar nodig data inzichtelijk maken ?n houden voor de toekomst aan de hand van de uitwerking van (beleids)adviezen naar calculaties, project- en werkplannen; Op strategisch vlak meedenken in de herstructurering van de aansturing van de afdeling Inzameling; Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het opstellen van de logistieke invulling van het jaarplan voor de afdeling Inzameling;Constructief meewerken met het aansturingsteam om een evenwichtige planning te maken, zodat deze goed aansluit op de beschikbare resources in 2026 (zowel personeel als voertuigen); Dit alles in afstemming en in samenwerking met andere betrokken disciplines binnen en buiten de organisatie. Het streven is om v??r 1 januari 2026 samen met het team een geoptimaliseerde planning te realiseren, inclusief de verwachte besparing. Belangrijk uitgangspunt daarbij is dat de geselecteerde kandidaat voor deze opdracht, in samenwerking met de Afvalstoffendienst ?s-Hertogenbosch, de kennis ook direct in de organisatie borgt voor het behoud van de gerealiseerde besparingen in de toekomst.
