Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: 1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest świadczenie usługi sprzątania pomieszczeń w siedzibie Krakowskiego Teatru Scena STU w 2026/2027 roku. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. 3. Cena ma charakter ryczałtowy. Wykonawca winien podać cenę za jeden miesiąc świadczenia usługi i cenę łączną za 12 miesięcy świadczenia usługi. 4. Usługa rozliczana będą co miesiąc na podstawie wystawionej przez wykonawcę faktury /rachunku. 5. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do ograniczenia powierzchni przeznaczonej do sprzątania w okresie wakacyjnym, tzn. lipcu i sierpniu, w związku z okresowym wyłączeniem części pomieszczeń z użytkowania np. ze względu na remont, przerwę wakacyjną. Wynagrodzenie wykonawcy za miesiąc, w którym nastąpi ograniczenie powierzchni przeznaczonej do sprzątania zostanie pomniejszone maksymalnie o 50%.
