City area north of the Elbe as well as individual objects and stairs

The contractor shall perform snow removal and gritting services for the City of Pirna on sidewalks, paths, and squares. The service is divided into 2 lots (north of the Elbe and large individual objects such as the central bus station, city bridge, and stairs, as well as areas south of the Elbe). Bids can be submitted for individual lots or for the entire service. Lot 1 involves manual work on 38 small areas up to 20 m² and 64 large areas up to 40 m² (bus stops, waiting areas at pedestrian crossings, crossing aids, bridges, staircases), as well as servicing approximately 2,900 meters of footpaths and cycle paths in 27 individual sections. A large portion of the work must be done manually or with small equipment. The city's operations management will determine readiness and deployment. In case of deployment, work must commence within one hour and be completed within 4 hours. Winter service begins at 4:00 AM and ends at 8:00 PM. Readiness times are not compensated. Gritting and de-icing materials must be procured and stored by the contractor. Detailed operational reports must be submitted daily.
