Innkaupin varða veitingu stafrænnar skeytamiðlunarþjónustu sem styður við flutning stafrænna viðskiptaskjala á milli birgja og opinberra stofnana. Skjölin eru byggð á XML-formi og samræmast kröfum PEPPOL. Um er að ræða almennt útboð, sbr. 34 gr. laga um opinber innkaup.
