It is not an Invitation to Offer (ITO), Expression of Interest (EOI) or Request for Information (RFI). Suppliers are not required to submit any response in relation to this announcement. The VendorPanel closing date is not a submission deadline. The closing date displayed (3 September 2026, 5:00 pm AEST) reflects only the period this announcement remains available for viewing within VendorPanel. No supplier action is required before this date. Please disregard any automated VendorPanel wording requesting a response. Invitation to Offer (ITO). The formal ITO will be released as a separate VendorPanel publication at a later date. It will include all requirements relating to supplier submissions, evaluation criteria, product sample requirements (if applicable), submission instructions and procurement timeframes. In the meantime, suppliers are encouraged to review the announcement and indicative volumes to prepare for the ITO. Original Announcement: Queensland Health is developing a competitive Invitation to Offer to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for wound care consumables, consolidating two legacy arrangements (SOA274 and SOA286) across Queensland's 16 Hospital and Health Services.
