Predmetom tejto časti zákazky je výber zhotoviteľa na zabezpečenie montážnych, inštalačných a stavebných prác potrebných na výmenu osvetlenia a s tým súvisiace elektro montážne práce s celkovým cieľom zníženia spotreby primárnej energie. Predmetom tejto zákazky sú stavebné a technologické práce zamerané na zníženie energetickej náročnosti objektu STVR – Štúdiový a vysielací blok, v areáli STVR Mlynská dolina v Bratislave (k. ú. Karlova Ves, LV č. 183, parc. č. 2914). Zákazka bude realizovaná v rozsahu spracovaného realizačného projektu stavby zhotoveného projektantom: Ing. arch. Aladárom Csernákom, ktorý je zverejnený na profile verejného obstarávateľa pod označením G. „STVR Bratislava, ŠVB Mlynská dolina“. Zámerom verejného obstarávateľa je dosiahnuť zníženie energetickej náročnosti objektu, najmä znížením spotreby elektrickej energie prostredníctvom modernizácie osvetlenia.
