This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide CITP Woodbridge Way and Sioux Road Wastewater Construction, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is seeking qualified respondents for a sewer rehabilitation and upgrade project at Center in the Park (“CITP”). The work includes installation and abandonment of wastewater infrastructure on Sioux Road and Woodbridge Way, including new piping, manholes, service reconnections, overflow diversion, and full surface restoration. It also involves repairs to 43 existing manholes throughout CITP.
The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify and short-list appropriate respondents, to respond to an anticipated Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) to provide the Deliverables. The County anticipates issuing the RFQ in September 2026, this date is tentative only and may be changed at any time by the County in its sole discretion.
