Zamawiany olej napędowy będzie wykorzystywany przez Zamawiającego wyłącznie do celów własnych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w pkt. 1 SWZ Rozdziała C "Opis przedmiotu zamówienia i Formularzu cenowy. 3. Opcje / opis opcji: Zamawiający informuje, iż przewiduje skorzystanie z prawa opcji, o którym mowa w art. 441 ustawy, polegającego na dodatkowej dostawie paliw płynnych i AdBlue w zakresie szczegółowo opisanym w OPZ i Formularzu cenowym (zwiększenie ilości ponad zamówienie podstawowe) do maksymalnej wartości 200.000,00 zł netto.
