25 ROLLOS DE MALLA CICLÓN CON PROTECCIÓN PLÁSTICA DE ACERO INOXIDABLE, CALIBRE 12.5 DE 5 PIES POR 30 METROS
Los oferentesinteresados deberán enviar las ofertas en físico a la dirección siguiente;Unidad de Gestión de compras en el 5to. piso del Edificio ENEE Cuerpo bajo C en Centro cívico Gubernamental, Tegucigalpa, HONDURAS. **2.- Las Empresas Participantes deberán presentar su oferta conforme a la descripción solicitada en la publicada de Honducompras 1.0 3.- Las ofertas deberán presentarse solo el día y hora indicada en la publicación, 4 Deberá presentarse solo una cotización por empresa en sobre cerrado y en el exterior colocar el número de proceso respectivo con hora de apertura,favor indicar Con Atención a Ing.Fernando Rodríguez.caso contrario se descartara tal oferta 5.- Las cotizaciones se presentan en el formato favorito de su empresa firmadas y selladas y deberán adjuntar las especificaciones técnicas necesarias así mismo deberán colocarle el impuesto respectivo (si aplica y si no indicar que el producto esta exento de impuestos);6.-El Tiempo de entrega es factor determinante al momento de la adjudicación, así mismo indicar el tiempo de duración de la garantía si se le adjudica lo solicitado. 6.- Es de carácter obligatorio cumplir con entregas según los tiempos y cantidades adjudicadas según la oferta tomando en consideración el término de vigencia de la oferta presentada, caso contrario los incumplimientos se remitirán a la oficina normativa de contrataciones y adquisiciones del Estado(ONCAE).7.- En caso que su representada sea adjudicada en este proceso: por incumplimiento de la entrega del producto sin ninguna justificación de mérito, la ENEE procederá con la aplicación de la multa establecida en el artículo 76 delas Disposiciones Generales de Presupuesto Vigente. Nota: queda pendiente de ratificación el Memorando D.L.625-2-2022 en que los procesos de compras se pueden adjudicar con la participación de un solo oferente siempre y cuando su oferta cumpla con las condiciones requeridas por la ENEE ***Atentamente Ing.
