Se ha de acometer la provisión de una solución llave en mano que integre infraestructura de computación especializada, plataforma software IA/ML, servicios de implantación y despliegue, desarrollo de casos de uso de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, formación, dinamización del ecosistema, comunicación y divulgación, acompañamiento consultivo especializado y mantenimiento y administración de la plataforma. La solución deberá permitir a PROCESA disponer de un ecosistema operativo, gobernado localmente y accesible a distintos perfiles de usuario, que facilite el uso de recursos de cómputo, almacenamiento, modelos, APIs, entornos de trabajo y servicios asociados, asegurando la disponibilidad, seguridad, trazabilidad y continuidad de los servicios prestados.
