Tämän hankinnan kohteena on suomen taidon arviointityötä tukeva ja arvioinnin toteutumista kansallisesti yhdenmukaistava opettajien arviointitehtäväkokonaisuus, jonka tulos yhdistettynä opettajan omiin havaintoihin auttaa arvioimaan siitä, milloin S2-oppimäärää opiskeleva oppilas voi siirtyä S1-oppimäärään (suomen kieli ja kirjallisuus). Tehtäviä voidaan käyttää myös mm. suomen taidon arvioinnin tarkentamisessa silloin, kun oppilas vaihtaa koulua tai opetuksen järjestäjää. Tarkemmin hankinnan kohteesta on kerrottu tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteillä 1.1. Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus OA1 Hankintaan osallistuvien asiantuntijoiden tulee olla kokeneita kielitaidon arvioinnin asiantuntijoita. Heiltä odotetaan syvällistä perehtyneisyyttä perusopetuksen oppilaiden kielitaidon arviointiin ja S2- ja S1-opetukseen. Päävastuullisella asiantuntijalla tulee olla näyttöjä tutkimuksesta tällä alalla ja muilla asiantuntijoilla kielenopettamisesta ja/tai kehittämishankkeisiin osallistumisesta. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden hyödyntää optiokausia ajoille 1.1.-31.12.2028, 1.1.-31.12.2029 ja 1.1.-31.12.2030. Optiokausien ennakoitu arvo on 100 000 € / vuosi / osa-alue. Kyseessä on Tilaajan ennakoima arvo mahdollisille optiokausille. Optiokauden arvo määritellään tarkemmin rahoituksen varmistuessa ennen option käyttöönottoa
