The Guyana Sugar Corporation Inc. invites suitably qualified Companies to submit Tender for Field Machinery Equipment as follows: RFP CAU152/2026 Supply and Delivery of Materials to Rehabilitate Low Grade Crystallizer at Uitvlugt Estate – Lot 1-3 Full details on Specifications and Quantities could be obtained from the IFB document. Closing Date for Submission of Bids: TUESDAY, July, 7 th 2026 A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from our Websites www.guysuco.com and epr.guysuco.com . Alternatively, the bidding documents could be obtained in printed format from GuySuCo for a non-refundable cost of $2,000.00 GYD. Payment for same must be made at the Cashier, GuySuCo Head Office, LBI Estate, La Bonne Intention, ECD and documents are to be collected from the Secretary – Procurement and Contract Management Department (PCMD) at the same location, upon presentation of the receipt. Bids must be deposited into the Tender Box at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Ministry of Finance, Main and Urquhart Streets, Georgetown, Guyana, S.A., on or before Tuesday, July, 7 th 2026, at 09:00 hrs (9:00 AM), at which time they will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidders’ representatives who wish to attend while observing COVID-19 guidelines. Late bids will be rejected.
