Description

Hinterland Electrification Company Inc., herein after referred to as “the Procuring Entity”, invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the Supply and Delivery of Pole Mounted Transformers for Lethem Power Co. Inc. Required period of supply: Eight (8) weeks from signing of contract. The bidding documents may be obtained by downloading it from www.electricity.gov.gy , and questions can be directed to the following address: Hinterland Electrification Co. Inc. Ministry of Public Works Compound Fort Street, Kingston Georgetown, GUYANA. Tel: (592) 231- 7179 and (592) 223- 5206 Email: heu@electricity.gov.gy All Bidders shall deposit ONE (1) hardcopy and TWO (2) electronic copies (flash drives only) with an exact PDF version of the hardcopy tender. Envelopes of the hardcopy and the electronic copies must be identically labelled. The electronic copies (flash drives) should be placed in a smaller envelope and properly affixed to the hardcopy submission.
