1. Hinterland Electrification Company Inc., herein after referred to as “the Procuring Entity”, invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the Supply, Installation & Commissioning of a Solar PV Systems for the Health Clinic in Kangaruma, Region 7. 2. Required period for supply: Six (6) weeks from signing of contract. 3. The bidding document be downloaded from the website www.electricity.gov.gy after filling an online form. 4. Further information may be obtained from the following agency: Hinterland Electrification Co. Inc. (Ministry of Public Utilities and Aviation) Ministry of Public Works Compound Fort Street, Kingston, GEORGETOWN. Tel: (592) 223-5206 and (592) 231-7179 Email: heu@electricity.gov.gy 5. All Bidders shall deposit one (1) hardcopy and TWO (2) electronic copies (flash drive only) with an exact PDF version of the hardcopy tender. Envelopes of the hardcopy and the electronic copy must be identically labeled. The electronic copy (flash drive) should be placed in a smaller envelope and properly affixed to the hardcopy submission. Bids must include a bid security to the sum of 2% of the bid price, in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Insurance bond or Manager’s Cheque, and placed in the tender box not later than 09:00 hours on the 8th day of October, 2026 at the address: The Chairman National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) Ministry of Finance Compound 49 Main and Urquhart Streets, Georgetown Guyana 6. Bids shall be valid during 90 days after the date of bid opening. 7.
