Republic of Lebanon Ministry of Public Health Council for Development and Reconstruction Supply and installation of a Radiotherapy Linear Accelerator to Rafic Hariri University Hospital in Beirut - Lebanon SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Financing Loan No. LE-1012 (IsDB) The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), representing the Government of Lebanon and the Ministry of Public Health, has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the “Procurement of Medical Equipment for Governmental Hospitals in Lebanon”, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments for the contract under this project. The CDR invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement, Installation, Testing & commissioning of a Radiotherapy Linear Accelerator to Rafic Hariri University Hospital. Bidding will be conducted throughthe International Competitive Bidding (ICB)procedures as specified in IsDB’sGuidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing, and is open to all eligible bidders: andas defined in the Procurement Guidelines and as per the qualification criteria set in the Instruction to bidders. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders asof Monday October 12, 2026at the below address and upon the payment of a nonrefundable fee ofFive Hundred US Dollars(USD 500),in Cash. Bids must be delivered to the below address before 12.00 noonBeirutlocal time onThursday, November 5, 2026.Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
