Description

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF EQUIPMENT: a) Lot 1: Computers, Accessories and Backups b) Lot 2: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drones) 1. The Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from the CARICOM Development Fund (CDF), (hereinafter called “Financial Institution”), toward the cost of the Agricultural Infrastructure Development Programme (AIDP). The Borrower intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this IFB is issued. 2. The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Testing as specified above. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, specified in the CARICOM Development Fund guidelines for procurement. 4. Qualification requirements include: c) Experience as a supplier in carrying out of supply and services of this nature for the last 3 (three) years; d) Valid NIS and GRA Compliance Certificates 5. A complete set of bidding documents on a flash Drive (in PDF) in English may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of G$5,000 by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below. The Commencement date for the inspection/acquisition of bidding documents is 21st of September 2026. Upon request, local and international prospective bidders will be sent a copy of the bidding documents free of cost via email.
