Partial Quotations may be rejected, and the Procuring and Disposing Entity reserves the right to award a contract for selected items only. SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS 1. Description of Goods the Bidder is bidding to Supply and Deliver: “Supply, delivery, fitting, balancing and alignment of 24 motor vehicle tyres on the Commission vehicles’’ to be delivered to National AIDS Commission at CP Properties House, Plot No, 47/1/1185, Off Lilongwe/ Mchinji Road, Behind Automotive Products Ltd, Lilongwe. 2. Quotation prices should be based on: (a) For goods supplied from within Malawi; EXW – insured and delivered to National AIDS Commission at CP Properties House, Plot No, 47/1/1185, Off Lilongwe/Mchinji Road, Behind Automotive Products Ltd, Lilongwe or (b) for goods supplied from outside of Malawi; CIP or DDP to National AIDS Commission at CP Properties House, Plot No, 47/1/1185, Off Lilongwe/ Mchinji Road, Behind Automotive Products Ltd, Lilongwe. 3. The delivery period required is 7 days from date of the purchase order. 4. Quotations must be valid for 30 days from the deadline for submission. 5. The warranty/guarantee offered shall be: 6 months 6.
