- The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Niger State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (NIGERAGILE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for supply and installation of digital equipment to selected Schools in Niger State (3750 desktop computers, 150 printers, motorized projectors and routers with an annual subscription to the internet for 1 year for digital literacy schools).
2. The Niger State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, through the office of the Project Coordinator, Niger AGILE, now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and installation of digital equipment to selected Schools in Niger State (3750 desktop computers, 150 printers, motorized projectors and routers with an annual subscription to the internet for 1 year for digital literacy schools).

3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, 7th edition September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Niger State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project (NIGERAGILE) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (local time) at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100, 000.00) only. The method of payment will be direct deposit to the specified account below. The document will be made available at the address below on presentation of proof of payment.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 10 below on or before, July 27th, 2026.12:00 pm (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 27th July, 2026 at 12:00 pm (local time).
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security from a reputable commercial Bank and the amount of bid security shall be 2.5% of the total bid price
8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
