16-Apr-2026 The Ministry of Finance and Planning of the Republic of South Sudan has received Financing from the African Development Fund hereinafter called the Fund toward the cost of Non-Oil Revenue Mobilization and Accountability in South Sudan (NORMA) Phase-II Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Drive-Through Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Portal Scanner for Vehicles and Cargo.
