16-Apr-2026 The Ministry of Finance and Planning of the Republic of South Sudan has received Financing from the African Development Fund hereinafter called the Fund toward the cost of Non-Oil Revenue Mobilization and Accountability in South Sudan (NORMA) Phase-II Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Drive-Through Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Portal Scanner for Vehicles and Cargo. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/spn-supply_and_delivery_of_portal_scanner_final_final_version.pdf
