Date: October 6, 2026 Name of Country: Uganda Name of Project: Kampala Water Lake Victoria Water and Sanitation (KW-LVWATSAN Project) PACKAGE 6E PROJECT IFB No: NWSC/HQ/SUPPLIES/2026-2027/181632 1. The National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of an automated water meter test bench and associated systems for Kampala Water. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for supply of an automated water meter test bench and associated systems for Kampala Water. 2. The National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Post-Implementation Support of an Automated Water Meter Test Bench and associated systems for Kampala Water (“the Goods”). 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Senior Manager Procurement and inspect the Bidding Documents between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days at the address below; Plot No. 18/20, 6th Street, Industrial Area, Kampala P.O. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Uganda Shillings; Two hundred million only). The method of payment will be in cash to a local bank. The prospective bidder or his representative should collect the document. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods. 6.
