Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning HVAC system under the project of Bangladesh Betar, Chattogram Center Modernization and Installation of Digital Broadcasting Equipment. Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning HVAC system under the project of Bangladesh Betar, Chattogram Center Modernization and Installation of Digital Broadcasting Equipment. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply, testing, commissioning of HVAC and related services as supplier shall be 10(Ten) years
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of HVAC system in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.50 crore.(Two crore fifty lac)
c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderers shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) crore. Letter of commitment for the bank’s undertaking for line of credit should be in the format (Form e-PG3-8) as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
e) Up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.
g) Up-to-date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
h) Authorization letter from HVAC manufacturer.
i) The tenderer must be sole agent/Distributor of the proposed brand HVAC system(VRF and rooftop package) for ten years.
j) The brand of VRF and rooftop package shall be same. .
k) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 (with all amendments) shall be followed.
