07-Jul-2026 The services included under this assignment include the following four core workstreams: i) To supply/develop and operationalize a web based informatic system that enable the registration, monitoring, management and customization of laboratory equipment data located in public and private second cycle Secondary Schools (SS), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Research and Development Institutions (R&DI) and the Luanda Science and Technology Park (STPL), in all provinces of Angola; ii) To supply/develop and operationalize a web based informatic system that enable the registration, monitoring, management and customization of data related to firms incubated/hosted and jobs created (both direct and indirect) through the STPL; iii) To supply/develop and launch dedicated websites for both the STPL and STDP to allow the sharing, management and customization of the related information; iv) To conduct comprehensive inventories of laboratory equipment, across public second cycle SS, public and private HEIs and R&DI, in all provinces of Angola, ensuring loading of the collected data into the supplied/developed systems and v) To provide training to stakeholders for effective use, management, minor modifications and sustainability of the supplied/developed systems. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/reoi_supplydevelopinformationsystemsconductinventoriestrainingusers_6jul26_eng.pdf
