Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Bauleistungen zur Instandsetzung von Einzelfundamenten und zugehörigen Stahlbauteilen im Bereich des U-Bahnhofs Olympiazentrum in München. Die Leistungen dienen der konstruktiven, statischen und dauerhaften Ertüchtigung der vorhandenen Fundamente sowie der Herstellung der baulichen Voraussetzungen für den nachfolgenden Wiederaufbau der Dachkonstruktionen. Das Bauwerk steht unter Denkmalschutz. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - Baustelleneinrichtung und baubegleitende Nebenleistungen - Rückbau und Wiederherstellung von Oberflächen und Belägen - Freilegen, Instandsetzen und Ergänzen von Einzelfundamenten - Betonabtrag, Bewehrungs- und Betoninstandsetzungsarbeiten - Herstellung von Abdichtungs- und Oberflächenschutzsystemen - Erdungs-, Blitzschutz- und Potentialausgleichsarbeiten - Instandsetzung von Stahl-Stützenfüßen sowie Ausbau bzw. Ersatz von Stahlbauteilen - Anpassung bzw. Herstellung von Grundleitungen in Fundamenten - Prüf-, Überwachungs-, Dokumentations- und Revisionsleistungen Die Maßnahme stellt den ordnungsgemäßen technischen Zustand der Tragstruktur sicher und bildet die Grundlage für die anschließende Dachneuerrichtung.
