Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) etap I – przeprowadzenie audytu obecnie funkcjonujących elementów Systemu ZSI oraz przygotowanie zaleceń poaudytowych; 2) etap II – wdrożenie zaleceń poaudytowych; 3) etap III – dokonanie rekonfiguracji Systemu ZSI oraz jego integracji z innymi systemami wykorzystywanymi przez Zamawiającego, w tym z systemem Elektronicznego Zarządzania Dokumentacją Podlaskiego Urzędu Wojewódzkiego, Active Directory i Zarządzania Relacjami z Klientami; 4) etap IV – utrzymanie Systemu ZSI na infrastrukturze Zamawiającego, obejmujące: a) świadczenie usługi wsparcia i utrzymania wszystkich elementów Systemu ZSI, obejmujące w szczególności: i. wsparcie serwisowe Systemu ZSI; ii. dostarczanie nowych wersji oprogramowania Systemu ZSI i instalowanie ich na dedykowanym dla Systemu ZSI sprzęcie komputerowym Zamawiającego wraz z udzieleniem licencji na korzystanie z wprowadzonych zmian i modyfikacji Systemu ZSI; iii. wsparcie inżynierskie; b) coroczne szkolenia dla użytkowników Systemu ZSI; c) zaktualizowanie i udostępnianie Zamawiającemu dokumentacji technicznej i procedur pełnego backupu i odtwarzania Systemu ZSI po awarii. 2.
