Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. WYMAGANIA DOTYCZĄCE ZAKRESU UŻYTKOWANIA SYSTEMU: 1) System ma być dostępny i użytkowany we wszystkich przeglądarkach internetowych; 2) System nie może mieć przerw w działaniu, a każda ewentualna przerwa spowodowana przyczynami technicznymi musi być niezwłocznie naprawiana; 3) Każdy problem zgłaszany przez użytkowników musi być usuwany zgodnie z harmonogramem godzinowym, ponieważ uniemożliwia realizację zadania (niezależnie od tego, czy dotyczy omyłek pisarskich czy przyczyn systemowych); 4) System ma mieć zabezpieczenie bazy danych przed utratą danych w razie awarii.
