Original language: PolishZakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje następujące świadczenia: a) Przewóz pacjenta zgodnie z każdorazowym, zleceniem Zamawiającego. Obejmuję to odebranie pacjenta od Zamawiającego (od Komórek Organizacyjnych, z których zlecono transport) , wraz z dokumentacją medyczną ( w przypadkach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego) lub z miejsca wskazanego przez Zmawiającego (np. z domu pacjenta) oraz wykonanie usługi transportu (tam i z powrotem) np.: do siedziby Zmawiającego w przypadku odbioru pacjenta z innego miejsca niż siedziba Zamawiającego, do miejsc wskazanych w zleceniu transportu (np. dom pacjenta), do innych podmiotów leczniczych w celu m.in.: dalszego leczenia pacjenta w innej placówce (tzw. ”przekazanie”), konsultacji pacjenta przez lekarza specjalistę, wykonania badania diagnostycznego itp. b) Zapewnienie właściwej opieki medycznej pacjentowi podczas usługi
