Uitdaging Ben jij de expert op het gebied van technisch applicatie beheer en functioneel beheer? Lijkt het jou daarnaast interessant om bij te dragen aan een goed werkende landschapsomgeving binnen de Provincie Noord-Brabant? Wij zijn op zoek naar een technisch/Functioneel Beheerder Blue Dolphin die de inrichting en stamdata van Blue Dolphin borgt en ondersteunt bij het maken van technische ontwerpen naar praktische oplossingen en die zowel architecten als functioneel beheerders ondersteunt in hun werkzaamheden. Binnen de Provincie Noord-Brabant wordt hard gewerkt aan het verbeteren van de Regie voering op ons technisch en applicatie landschap. BlueDolphin wordt sinds enkele jaren gebruikt, maar we zijn begin september gestart met een aanbestedingstraject voor vervanging van ARIS en BlueDoplphin door 1 nieuwe tool die functionaliteit van beide omgevingen ondersteunt. Het voornemen is om de tactisch beheerder BlueDolphin aan te houden totdat de migratie naar de nieuwe tool gerealiseerd is. Op dit moment is geen goede inschatting te maken hoe lang dit traject gaat duren, maar de verwachting is dat selectie, implementatie en migratie tot eind 2026 kan duren. We zetten Blue Dolphin in voor de juiste weergave en onderhoud van ons technische en applicatie landschap inclusief koppelingen. Projecten gaan deze informatie kunnen gebruiken voor hun start architectuur en gaan wijzigingen in het landschap hierin borgen. Applicatie eigenaren zijn samen met hun beheerteams verantwoordelijk voor het up to date houden van de applicatie gegevens en de koppelingen tussen applicaties. Daarnaast wordt de input van Blue Dolphin gebruikt om input te leveren voor oa Life Cycle Management. Om deze omgeving verder uit te rollen worden nu workshops georganiseerd om de functioneel beheerders te trainen en wordt Blue Dolphin iedere dag vanuit projecten verder gevuld en gekoppeld aan bv de CMDB. Als Technisch/functioneel beheerder speel jij een actieve rol in het up to date houden van deze omgeving, uitleg aan nieuwe functioneel beheerders en architecten van hun taken binnen Blue Dolphin en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de stam data onderhoud en koppelingen met nieuwe omgevingen. Prestatiegerichte Resultaten Als tactisch beheeder BlueDolphin verwachten wij van jou de volgende resultaten: 1. Succesvolle Adoptie en Ondersteuning van Nieuwe Medewerkers.Effectieve ondersteuning bij het on-boarden van nieuwe medewerkers in BlueDolphin, waardoor zij snel met dit architectuurtool kunnen werken en daarmee versneld hun productiviteit wordt verhoogd. 2. Optimaal Ingerichte en Functionele Omgeving.Gezamenlijke inrichting, configuratie en continu onderhoud van de BlueDolphin-omgeving, wat resulteert in een stabiele, betrouwbare en gebruiksvriendelijke werkomgeving voor alle stakeholders.Gezamenlijk met beheerders en architecten aanpassen en implementeren van vragenlijsten en templates op basis van bedrijfsbehoeften, waardoor processen effici?nter worden en data consistent wordt vastgelegd. 3. Complete en Betrouwbare Technische Documentatie.Vertaling van functionele ontwerpen naar duidelijke technische specificaties en configuratie in BlueDolphin, wat zorgt voor een eenduidige implementatie en vermindering van fouten. 4. Hoogwaardige en Actuele Metadata-Catalogus.Continue verrijking en actualisatie van (meta)data, wat resulteert in een complete, betrouwbare en hoogwaardige data-catalogus die als d? bron van waarheid (single point
