Het doel van het coaching traject is het realiseren van een cultuur waarin eigenaarschap, heldere koers en constructieve feedback centraal staat. Dit resulteert in:
- Teams die werken vanuit een gedeelde visie en concrete teamplannen die in lijn zijn met de organisatiedoelstellingen.
