Dit ga je doen Je geeft in als Interim-Teamleider leiding aan ca. 20 collega's binnen het cluster Leefomgeving (voorheen vergunningen, toezicht en handhaving). Het team waaraan jij leiding geeft houdt zich bezig met verschillende disciplines: administratieve ondersteuning, omgevingsvergunningen, toezicht en handhaving, APV, Vfl en bijzondere wetten. Samen met de manager en andere teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing. Ook ben je leidinggevende van de buitengewoon opsporingsambtenaren (boa's), maar daar ziet je rol er net iets anders uit. De boa's worden namelijk functioneel aangestuurd door de Boa-co?rdinator, samen trekken jullie daarom veel op als het gaat om bijvoorbeeld ontwikkeling en functioneren. Voor jou ligt er binnen jouw leidinggevende rol een specifieke en uitdagende opgave. Het cluster leefomgeving en jouw team bewegen zich op dit moment namelijk aan het begin van een verandertraject. Die verandering heeft betrekking op cultuur, omgangsvormen, rolduidelijkheid en effici?nte processen. Je bent in deze transitie medeverantwoordelijk voor de (door)ontwikkeling van individu en het cluster als geheel en zorgt dat de juiste stappen hierin gezet worden. We verwachten van jou dat je duidelijkheid en transparantie cre?ert, een kritische houding hebt ten aanzien van effici?ntie en vanuit vakkennis processen weet te verbeteren. Waarneembaar gedrag, cultuur en wat onder de waterlijn speelt maak je waar nodig bespreekbaar en stuur je bij. Je coacht medewerkers in hun persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling en versterkt de teamdynamiek en verbinding.
