Dodatek č. 1 k Objednávce č. 20, č. j. PPR-1111-694/ČJ-2025-990573uzavřené na základě Rámcové dohody – Technická podpora a rozvoj aplikace NS-VIS, č. j. PPR-20262-20/ČJ-2020-990656, PPR-2665-107/ČJ-2026-990573. Vzhledem k tomu, že došlo v souladu s § 222 odst. 2 zák. č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek (dále též „ZZVZ“) k využití vyhrazené změny závazku, konkrétně zvýšení smluvní ceny Plnění A.1 o průměrnou roční míru inflace vyhlášenou Českým statistickým úřadem, ke které došlo na základě oznámení Dodavatele v souladu s čl. 15 Rámcové dohody, uzavírají Smluvní strany tento Dodatek. Tímto Dodatkem se čl. 3 odst. 3. 1. Objednávky nahrazuje následujícím zněním: „Cena za Plnění dle této Objednávky činí 17 197 179,00 Kč bez DPH, tj. 20 808 586,59 Kč s DPH.“ 2.2. Smluvní strany se dále dohodly, že znění Přílohy č. 2 Objednávky – „Harmonogram plateb“ se nahrazuje novým zněním. Ostatní ustanovení Objednávky, tímto Dodatkem nedotčena, zůstávají v platnosti beze změny. A.1 - TP provozu aplikace národní součásti vízového informačního systému NS-VIS - období 14.12.2025 - 13.12.2026.
