Uitdaging De provinciale organisatie is volop in beweging en maakt grote stappen op het gebied van digitalisering. We faciliteren maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en zijn tevens bezig met de outsourcing van ICT-diensten, de overgang naar de Cloud en optimalisatie van onze processen en applicaties. Zo geven we invulling aan de Brabantse opgaven en aan onze data gedreven ambitie. Om dit te realiseren zoeken we een ervaren en gedreven IT-Projectleider. Heb jij brede technische IT-kennis, ervaring in diverse omgevingen, en een flinke dosis enthousiasme? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Wat ga je doen?Als technische IT-Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van optimale resultaten voor de organisatie. Met jouw leiderschap weet je projectteams en stakeholders te inspireren en te motiveren. Je bent sterk in communicatie en begrijpt het belang van menselijk gedrag bij veranderingen. Jij begeleidt en implementeert de veranderingen, zorgt voor borging van de resultaten in de bestaande processen en cre?ert draagvlak. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang en de financi?n, stuur je bij waar nodig, en houd je het overzicht over risico?s. Je stemt continu af met de opdrachtgever en adviseert hem/haar bij besluitvorming. Je communiceert makkelijk en legt actief verbinding met alle stakeholders. Communicatie op bestuurlijk in- en extern niveau gaat jou op natuurlijke wijze af. Je bent pragmatisch en doelgericht Als IT-Projectleider heb je een leidende rol, binnen het Programma DVL ICT, in ??n of meerdere technische projecten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan projecten zoals de realisatie van technische koppelingen met ons service managementsysteem of op gebied van SaaS applicaties, verbeteringen in onze MS Azure omgeving, en diverse aanbestedingen oa. mbt internetconnectiviteit, of upgrades en optimalisaties van diverse (kern)systemen. Jouw werk maakt het verschil: je zorgt ervoor dat de provincie effici?nter, flexibeler en veiliger kan werken.
