Partial clearance of the illegal waste dump Fichtwald

The site to be cleared is located on a commercial property in 04936 Fichtwald. The area is largely secured by a fence. Currently, the site can be accessed via a gate entrance in the north via state road 69. The nearest residential buildings are about 160 m to the west and belong to the town of Fichtwald. Agricultural land borders the dump to the south and east. A forest area is adjacent to the north. To the south of the dump is an old warehouse, the west end of which protrudes about 15 m into the neighboring property. The property is currently unused. The site was formerly used for agriculture before a permit was issued in 2000 as an interim storage facility for construction waste. However, unauthorized substances were also deposited at that time. In addition, waste from private individuals was dumped on the premises. There are currently 3 large heaps on the property. As part of the measure advertised here, a partial area is to be cleared. To prepare for the clearance of the illegal waste dump, site inspections were carried out beforehand. In particular, the waste deposits were assessed and sampled. The results are documented in the present service description and its annexes.
