Hankinnan kohteena on tekninen konsultointi tukemaan erityisesti Business Finlandin Microsoft Dynamics 365 (myöhemmin "Dynamics") CRM -järjestelmien ja Dynamics-ympäristöjen teknistä käyttöä, tiedon laaduntarkkailua, integraatioita, ylläpitoa, kehitystyön suunnittelua ja jatkomäärittelyä. Vuonna 2026 alkavalla sopimuskaudella painottuvat Dynamics-pilviympäristöjen muutosten tekninen tukeminen, muutosehdotusten arviointi ja toteutettaviin muutoksiin liittyvät toiminnalliset ja tekniset testaukset.
Business Finlandilla on useita CRM-järjestelmän kanssa työskenteleviä palveluntuottajia, joten valittavan toimittajan tulee kyetä toimimaan monitoimijaympäristössä. Tarjoajan tulee olla lisäksi riippumaton suhteessa Tilaajan Microsoft Dynamics CRM -järjestelmää kehittäviin muihin toimittajiin.
