Telecommunication services in the fixed network

The subject of the procurement is telecommunication services in the fixed network. Given that HL's telecommunication network is the backbone of all business processes, and especially the operation of the sales network through which HL achieves its planned financial turnover, downtime or interruptions in the operation of part or all of the network infrastructure are not acceptable when establishing and providing the requested services. To ensure against the risk of potential unavailability of payments from the sales network, internet payments, call center, as well as other web services, and thus untimely sending of reports on financial transactions to the competent authorities, and potential financial loss and loss of reputation, the following conditions for bidders are prescribed. For the purpose of data transmission and voice communication in the fixed telecommunication network as part of Hrvatska Lutrija's integrated information system, the following telecommunication services must be provided: • Private data network access service (MPLS/IP VPN) via a permanent symmetrical connection, via remote xDSL access without traffic limitations, and via remote mobile (4G and/or 5G) access • Internet access service via a permanent symmetrical connection, via remote xDSL access, and via remote mobile (4G and/or 5G) access • L2 full mesh data connection service between the data centers where the Contracting Authority's equipment is located • SLA (Service Level Agreement) – Service Level Agreement • DDoS protection on connections to data centers from the Internet • Monitoring service • Voice transmission service • Free 0800 call service • IP television service.
