Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, auf dem Gelände des Hauptstandortes der Branddirektion Frankfurt a.M. ein Krisenabwehr- und Trainingszentrum (KATZ) zu errichten. Das KATZ wird als erster Bauabschnitt, einer zukünftigen großräumlichen Zielplanung eines Feuerwehrcampus, die bestehenden Baukörper ergänzen. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Leistungen der Planung der Technischen Ausrüstung (Anlagengruppen 1-8) in Anlehnung an § 55 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15 Nr. 15.1 HOAI für die Realisierung des KATZ. Der Auftraggeber strebt die Beauftragung der schlüsselfertigen Errichtung des KATZ mit Planung durch den Bauauftragnehmer ab der LPH 5 auf Basis einer Genehmigungsplanung mit Leitdetails an. Es werden daher die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-4, 6-7 und 9 (LPHen in Anlehnung an die Leistungsphasenaufteilung der HOAI) vollumfänglich und der Leistungsphasen 5 und 8 teilweise sowie weitere Leistungen beauftragt. Die Fertigstellung der Leistungsphase 3 inkl. Kostenberechnung soll bis zum 01.06.2027 erfolgen. Die Realisierung wird bis zum 30.06.2030 angestrebt. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungen vorgesehen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungen besteht nicht.
