Published by Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, Bangladesh Bridge Authority. Procuring Entity: Chief Engineer, BBA, Dhaka. The brief description of the Works are: (i) Design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a grid-connected Approximately 6 MWp Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Generation System at the Karnaphuli Tunnel site under the OPEX-BOO (Build, Own and Operate) model; (ii) The Project shall be implemented in two phases (Phase 01 – Design, Procurement, and Implementation, Phase 02 – COD, Operation & Maintenance) to facilitate efficient deployment and integration of the solar PV system. (iii) Development of ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV facilities, associated electrical interconnection systems, monitoring systems and all ancillary equipment required for safe and reliable operation in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards; (iv) Generation and supply of solar electricity through Net Metering arrangement, including operation, maintenance, performance monitoring, repair and replacement of equipment to ensure continuous and efficient system performance throughout the Contract Period. The above Goods & Related Services are required for the entire Contract Period as specified in the Contract. Eligibility Requirements: i) General Experience: The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor shall be 03 (three) years. ii) Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Ground Mounted Grid-Tied Solar Power Plants and/or Rooftop On-Grid Solar Power Plants within any distribution utility’s (BREB, BPDB, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, WZPDCL) facility/consumer facility or any government or semi-government or IDCOL funded projects, with a total capacity of 3.0 MWp in at least 1 (one) contracts within the last 10 (ten) calendar years from the date of Bid/Tender Invitation. iii) Average annual turnover: The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 110,00,00,000.00 (one hundred ten crore) only or equivalent USD within best three (3) years in the last five (5) Years iv) Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities: The minimum amount as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the Tenderer shall be considering BDT 110,00,00,000.00 (one hundred ten crore) only or equivalent USD..
