Description
The Staffordshire Commissioner for Police, Fire and Rescue and Crime, wishes to commission an effective, Hate Crime Service (Lot A) and Anti-Social Behaviour and Mediation Service (lot B) across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, which will provide independent, specialist interventions to victims of Hate Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour (including digital / cyber)
Hate Crime (Lot A) - The Staffordshire Commissioner for Police, Fire and Rescue and Crime (the Commissioner) has agreed to commission a free Hate Crime Service and Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) and Mediation Service. The services include a range of interventions (see section 5) Both services will be delivered across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent and will: • Be confidential and tailored to the needs of the victim; • Help victims cope and recover from the impact of the crime / incident and the harm experienced; • Help victims to feel safe and live independent, fulfilling lives; • Operate without discrimination and be available regardless of residence status, citizenship or nationality; • Be subject to regular reviews.
