Conditions: 1. The service provider must provide three (3) CVs of the staff members to be allocated to the call centre. The experience per allocated staff member to the RAF must be a minimum of three (3) years in rendering technical expertise on:

โข Ability and knowledge to handle and address calls
โข Records keeping and management
2. The service provider must provide a minimum of two (2) reference letters showing experience in administration and management of hotline services. The reference letters must reflect the information below:
Reference letters signed before April 2021 will not be accepted
3. The project proposal must cover the following aspects:
o Project approach (general tasks)
o Tools
