Original language: fiPirkanmaan hyvinvointialueella, Kuvantamisen vastuualueella Tays keskussairaalassa sijaitseva tietokonetomografialaite on hankittu vuonna 2016 GE Healthcare Finland Oy:ltä. Laitteella tehdään vuosittain 6 000 tutkimusta, ja kaikki kuvattavat potilaat ovat erikoissairaanhoidon potilaita. Laite on käyttöikänsä päässä, mutta päivityksen avulla laitteen toiminnallisuuksia voidaan parantaa ja elinikää pidentää merkittävästi.
