Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Tietoliikenneverkko sekä tähän liittyviä optioita. Toimittajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä.
