REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AI SOC SYSTEM We kindly ask you to submit your responses to this request for information concerning the procurement of an AI SOC system.
With this request for information, we want to map the suppliers' offerings of systems that support AI-assisted automation of the security monitoring provided by Istekki to its customers and offer appropriate and cost-effective solutions. At the same time, we aim to familiarize ourselves with the market situation of services related to the systems, potential products, contract terms, and commercial terms such as pricing.
Based on the responses to the request for information, we will send information on use cases and questions to those who responded to the request for information. Based on the answers to the questions, market dialogue sessions can be organized where suppliers can present their own services, products, and alternatives for the realization of the procurement object.
The AI SOC system is an internal competition within DPS's Cybersecurity Services Technology Solutions 2026-2034, so participation in the actual tender request phase requires joining DPS Cybersecurity Services Technology Solutions.

RESPONDING TO THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Responses to the request for information must be submitted through the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal. If you wish, you can also attach brochures or other material in Finnish or English that supports the content of your response. Please clearly indicate whether the provided information contains trade secrets.
Based on the responses to the request for information and the answers to separately sent questions, Istekki may, at its discretion, select suppliers to present their services in a potential market dialogue meeting. Any presentation will be, by default, approximately one (1) hour Teams meeting between Istekki and the supplier in question. Potential market dialogue meetings are planned to be held from Monday 7.12. to Wednesday 9.12.2026.
All responses received for the request for information will be taken into account in the preparation of the tender request and are an important part of understanding the overall picture.
If market dialogue sessions are organized, they will be conducted in Finnish. Istekki will later inform the companies participating in the sessions of the detailed schedules and the Teams meeting link.
Please note that the information, descriptions, and estimates of the publication date of the tender presented in this request for information are only preliminary and indicative. Final schedules will be specified as preparation progresses. Responding to the request for information is voluntary and does not prerequisite participation in a potential tender competition or obligate Istekki to publish a tender competition. No separate compensation will be paid for responding to the request for information or participating in potential presentation sessions.
