Hankinnan suunniteltu sisältö on määritelty tämän tietopyynnön liitteissä.
Tämän tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on kartoittaa markkinoilla olevia palveluratkaisuja, toimijoita sekä palvelujen toteuttamistapoja hankinnan valmistelun tueksi.
Tarjoajaa pyydetään tutustumaan liitteenä oleviin tarjouspyynnön luonnosdokumentteihin sekä kommentoimaan niitä tarjoajan oman palveluntuotannon näkökulmasta. Lisäksi tarjoajaa pyydetään vastaamaan liitteen "Tietopyynnön kysymykset" -dokumentin kysymyksiin. Vastauksista voi laatia erillisen dokumentin.
