TIPA / Kauramäki Daycare-School + Sports Hall

This is a prior notice for a contract competition regarding the TIPA / Kauramäki Daycare-School and Sports Hall project. The facility is planned to accommodate early childhood education, basic education, and sports services. Early childhood education spaces will be designed for 10 caregiver work pairs, and basic education spaces for eight groups. The large sports hall and activity hall will also be available for use by sports clubs and activity groups in the evenings. The project will be executed as a technical KVR (Turnkey Contract) where the client is responsible for architectural design. The contractor will be responsible for procuring and managing other design disciplines according to the KVR procedure. The contractor will act as the main implementer of the project. Detailed content will be provided in the procurement documents. This project aims to create a modern, multi-functional facility serving educational and community needs.
