Procedure parts and planned quantities: Part 1: Block type forms Planned quantity: Planned procurement quantity: 21 items, 13,578 pcs/18 months. Framework amount: net HUF 11,191,710/18 months. The tenderer must offer factory new products that have not been used before. The contracting authority undertakes a call-off obligation up to 70% of the framework amount. The procurement also includes delivery to the user unit. Details are included in the technical description. Pursuant to § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), if the technical description refers to a thing of a specified make or origin, or to a specific procedure that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type, or specific origin or manufacturing process, then the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the phrase "or equivalent" must be understood alongside the designation, according to which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or a better solution than those specified in the documentation. The tenderer - if they wish to offer an equivalent tool, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to in the reference - must submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their offer. The Contracting Authority draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that the document supporting the equivalence may include, but is not limited to, technical documentation from the manufacturer or a qualification from an independent, professionally recognized organization.
