Description
The Town of Okotoks intends to issue a Request for Proposals early July 2026 for ERP software and implementation services.
This procurement is intended to support the replacement of aging core enterprise systems and establish a foundational platform for phased modernization across the organization. The immediate priority focuses on core financials, human resources and payroll, taxation, utility billing, and related enterprise capabilities, with room for future expansion over time.
This is not an invitation for quotes or proposals, but an advance notice to inform potential proponents of an upcoming opportunity.
