Description

The Town of Wilkie (the “Town”) invites tenders from qualified general contractors for the construction of a 25 ft. x 42 ft. building addition at the rear (north side) of the existing Wilkie Medical Clinic, together with minor renovations to the existing clinic. The Town intends to select the proponent offering the best overall value and, subject to approval and successful negotiations, enter into a stipulated-price construction contract.The clinic will remain operational throughout construction. The successful proponent must plan, sequence and perform the Work to protect patients, staff and the public, preserve patient privacy, and minimize disruption to clinic services.See attached documents for full ITT details and blueprints.
