De gemeente heeft voor het doelmatig beheren van de openbare ruimte diverse tractoren nodig. Deze aanbesteding draait om aanschaf en onderhoud van vier (4) tractoren welke ingezet zullen worden bij de afdeling Beheer en Onderhoud van de gemeente Apeldoorn. De tractoren zullen bij verschillende afdelingen ingezet worden, zoals buitengebied / bomenploeg en begraafplaats. Door middel van deze aanbestedingsprocedure wil de gemeente komen tot één (1) Overeenkomst per perceel met een Opdrachtnemer. Er zijn in totaal drie (3) percelen. Dit omdat de leveringen en werkzaamheden weliswaar logisch samenhangend zijn, maar niet iedere fabrikant / merk / importeur / dealer het volledige gamma wat gevraagd wordt kan leveren. Één Opdrachtnemer kan meerdere percelen winnen, maar dit hoeft niet. Deze aanbesteding kan dus ook leiden tot drie (3) Overeenkomsten (per perceel één (1)).
